Who we are
SellEvo (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides software for managing reselling inventory, sales, and reporting. We act as the data controller for information you provide to us through our website and apps.
Information we collect
- Account info — name, email, and password (hashed).
- Business data — items, sales, fees, costs, storage locations, and reports you add or import.
- Usage — limited analytics (pages, device/browser, general location) to improve performance.
- Support — messages and attachments you send to our team.
- Billing — subscription status and payment identifiers handled by our payment processor (see below).
How we use your data
- To provide core features (inventory, reports, exports, notifications).
- To secure and maintain the service (fraud prevention, abuse detection, diagnostics).
- To communicate with you (support, service announcements, product updates).
- To analyze de-identified, aggregated usage to guide improvements.
Payments & Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments. When you subscribe, payment information is sent directly to Stripe — we do not store full card numbers. Stripe processes your data in accordance with its own policies. Learn more: Stripe Privacy Policy.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, email, payment processing) who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
Data retention & exports
You can export your data from within the product or by emailing support@sellevo.app. We retain data while your account is active. After closure, we delete or anonymize information unless we need to keep it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Security
We follow industry best practices, including encryption in transit, password hashing, least-privilege access, and regular backups. No internet service can guarantee 100% security, but we work hard to protect your information.
International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We use essential cookies for login and preferences, and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling some cookies may impact functionality.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, obtain a copy, or object to certain processing. Contact us and we’ll help. If required by law, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
SellEvo is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
